Reminder: A restaurant with one star is considered worth a
stop if one happens to be in the area, while two stars is
worth a detour and three stars is worth its own trip.
Based on my experience, I think that if one is at all
bothered about going to a Michelin-starred restaurant, then
one should just go straight for one with three stars if it
is possible. And if it’s a question of value for money,
then just go down to the “continent” where you can get a
three-star experience for the price of a two-star
Scandinavia. Of course there is not always a three-star
restaurant around...
