LAMB MARINADE
A marinade for any cut of lamb
Ingredients
(Makes 1/2 cup)
- 50 ml salad or olive oil
- 30 ml wine vinegar
- 10 ml prepared mustard
- 5 ml crushed rosemary leaves
- 7 ml salt
- 3 ml onion salt
- 1 ml black pepper
- 1 ml ground ginger
- 1 ml instant minced garlic
Procedure

Mix together.

Refrigerate.

Marinate lamb overnight.
