RUM BALLS
Zeek Rum Balls
Robin Zeek's famous rum balls. A great holiday treat.
Ingredients
(Makes 2 1/2 dozen)
- 2 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup crushed walnuts
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 3 Tbsp dark corn syrup
- 1/4 cup rum
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Procedure

Mix all of the above ingredients in a large bowl.

Roll the mixture into small balls.

Roll the balls in powdered sugar.
Notes
You can substitute your favorite spirits for the rum.

easy to moderate. How good were you in kindergarten clay-1?
Time:
15 minutes preparation, 15 minutes rolling and powdering.
