The protocol used between fsh and fshd is identicaly to
the remote protocol, with one exception: there is no session number.
fshd creates an AF_UNIX socket in
`/tmp/fshd-UID/server.method'. The protection of
`tmp/fshd-UID' is set so that it is only accessible by the
user with the proper uid.
