The cultist can advance her
Mythos level in the guild halls. Master Chthughan will give her a
deeper insight in the Mythos when her mind is ready to grasp the
meaning of it.
Master Chthughan will also help the cultist with her ordinary
mortal stats and levels.
When a cultist is in the advance room, Master Chthughan can tell
her how much more she needs to study. Just say "study".
A cultist can also give Master Chthughan a tell from anywhere in
the MUD and he will tell her how much she needs to study. Syntax:
"tell chthughan study".
However he can not sense the cultists knowledge of the world and
experience if she is not present.
