The great Cthuhlu expects his worshippers to make a sacrifice to him every now and then. The sacrifice is made in the ceremony room in the guild halls. Every cultist must attend to the ceremony. If a cultist doesn't attend to the ceremony she will be punished by the great Cthulhu.
