(1 Sep 97:) This option has apparently been non-working for some time - first because of a full disc, later because a move to another disk made some of the scripts involved behave incorrectly and send everything submitted into the big bit-bucket in the sky. This has been corrected, and everything currently seems to be in working order again. My apologies to everyone who tried to submit their art only to find their effort to be in vain.
