If you want your gnus to show the To-addresses of mails in your archive-boxes (where mail you send is archived), the following lines in your ~/.gnus will probably do it:
(setq gnus-extra-headers '(To)) (setq nnmail-extra-headers gnus-extra-headers) (setq gnus-summary-line-format "%U%R%z%I%(%[%4L: %-20,20f%]%) %s\n") (setq gnus-ignored-from-addresses "Givename Surname")
Of course, you must replace "Givenname Surname" with something more valid :-).
auto-apt seems to be a cool tool for Debian.
Cool! Under Linux, you can run the libc binary to see what version it has:

/var/ns/domains/<domain>/nsswitch.conf on IRIX 6 determines what yp maps a slave NIS server should export from the machine. Btw, YP on IRIX is run by the magic 'nds' daemon.
I really must see how this looks in a web browser:

(With upgrade to XFree 4, my keyboard settings went smart)
In order to use metatool (the graphical softwareRAID-tool of Solaris) you need the following lines in /etc/inetd.conf:
100229/1 tli rpc/tcp wait root /usr/opt/SUNWmd/sbin/rpc.metad rpc.metad 100230/1 tli rpc/tcp wait root /usr/opt/SUNWmd/sbin/rpc.metamhd rpc.metamhd
I'm hacking together some code to put this diary on the web in a decent way. The code will probably be available on http://www.lysator.liu.se/~forsberg/hacks/ someday.
To set a new IP on a Vista VCP-1000 you need to know that the dot is hidden below the button marked 'Y Z'. Not very intiutive.
Another test of the hack.
