Supercruise

We solve the equations in the previous paragraph for a pressure of tex2html_wrap33 (M1.4@33300ft.), and this gives an optimum tex2html_wrap34 of tex2html_wrap35 . This is way to much, this figure we could never reach. Instead we look at what minimum wingloding there is that still would allow us to travel at M1.4 without using the afterburner(s). Since we know the T/W ratio (the weight fractions leading up to the supercruise weight applied to tex2html_wrap36 ), we can calculate what L/D we can accept.
