It all began in a nice room at Eskilstuna hospital. I've had an exhausting
trip to this world, so I spent my first minutes asleep. I really liked to sleep back then! As long as mom and dad was around, I was feeling quite happy with myself.
When we got home I was still a fairly tired kid. Here you can see that I was quite cool, even at the age of three.....days, that is...!
Please note how scared daddy looks while handling me. But he got the hang of it eventually.
But as you can see, my biggest asset from early age was my increadible charm. Nobody, and I mean Nobody has a smile like me!
Even though I didn't have any teeth at the time of this picture, I still melt every heart in my vincinity.
But of course, charming everything, everybody and everyone all day is an exhausting experience. I had a real thing for falling asleep back then. Wierd, don't you think? If you really want to see more of me in my old tired state, you can look at these
pictures:
Father is a really fun toy. He is great, he spoils all the upbringing that my mom desperately tries to put into me with fun and games and fun. In return I help daddy with his computers and stuff.
Fun stuff I love to do:
I love to take a bath! Especially with daddy! Please observe the stupid look on daddys face! I have that effect on a lot of people! Who would believe he is a big-shot programmer, when he looks like that? Heh!
I love to ride my little carriage. I also love to eat! Incidentally, this eating thing can make you a bit sleepy! You should try it sometimes!
Hey - this is my room! Look at all my great toys! A whole yellow box full!
One fun thing I have is the Vickomobile - you can see it on the floor near my bed. I got it as a present from daddy's nice employers in Germany.
For a while my favourite passtime was to speed around the house in that thing! It was great!
Here you can see me learning to walk - here with mom taking a little exercise-stroll!
With the marvels of technology I am was quick to learn walking on my own, as you can see on the left here!
Dad and Mom made a big deal about the fact that I took my first step all by myself on Feb 2, but in the days following I took many more!!
So, now I'm walking completely on my own, with no problems whatsoever! Even running! Speed is king!
Of course, wearing a helmet never hurt anyone! I like playing it safe, and I don't do dangerous stuff. I'm especially good at not touching things that are hot!
I especially love being outside! Why stay inside, when the sun is shining? Or the rain is pouring, for that matter? Or the snow is falling? Inside is dull. I know it by heart! Why be like dad, and sit in front of that old computer all day?
At least sometimes I can act cute, and fool dad to stray from the console. Here you can see him trying to catch me with his handycam. "Wait dad, I've got a better pose over here....", yeah, I love to have my picture taken!
When we have visitors, I see myself as the self-appointed guide of the house. Especially if my two twin cousins pop by!Here you can see mee demonstrate the mobile phone on the Vickomobile for Beatrice, while Ida examines some
of my high-tech gear. Or is that Beatrice? Oh, I never can tell these two apart!
Well, now summer is here, and I can sit on the grass with mom, eating icecream!
I love chocolate icecream, or to be more precise, I love the chocolate cover of the icecreams.
I pick it off with my fingers, and eat it. My fingers get all brown, but that's OK, you can always wipe them on your clothes. Or mom's clothes.
Look here - a picture of me greeting daddy when he comes home from a hard day working in the forest. Yeah, my dad isn't just a computer geek - he's a farmer too! How about that!?
I'm a little sad, since my granddad died (daddys daddy), who owned the farm. I miss granddaddy a lot. I've heard he is on the moon now. Who knows....
By the way, I'm getting verbal too! Yes, I am now using thousands of Swedish words, although I still have my own variations on some... for instance, I still reffer to toothbrush ("tandborste" in Swedish) as "bopipa". Nobody knows why....
So my language skills are no longer confined to writing web pages in english, now I can really communicate with the outside world! It's awesome!
I'm also learning colors.... and to count. With RealAudio 3.0, you can hear me count to ten. Well... almost. Well... count anyway.
I also like making strange noises into microphones, and dad has lots of them.
In late -96 we went to Fuerteventura (canarie islands) for Vacation, I loved it! I went swimming in the pool and the ocean a lot!
We had a really nice bungalow, with private pool, jacuzzi and snooker-table! Mom and Dad looked really amazed when they found all these things, nobody expected it! Granddad and grandma was at the trip too! Here you can see mom and grandma in the Jacuzzi! Hmmm, I wonder what's in those glasses....
Grandad playing with marbles!

Anyway, here is all of us, at the pool. Well not all of us - daddy is taking the picture. But technically, that puts him by the pool too. But not in the picture.
I'm really font of the Moomin trolls. There's a particular story, "Var Är Julen", that I want to hear. Again. And Again. And Again!! You can hear it too - just click here, and hear daddy read it to you, in RealAudio 3.0!
Daddy is good at telling stories, although when he is in a hurry, he sometimes cheats, and skips parts. Norty daddy!
Oh, my mom is now on the net. She has her own computer, and makes her Webpages all by herself. She also has pictures of me on her pages. Check it out!
And finally, a look into the future. Somewhere near this, is what I'll look like when I grow up, says my daddys computer:
(a morph between mom and dad!)
