
We arrived and were seated outside where we drank an apéritif, made our food choice and enjoyed our amuse-bouche.

The sommelier spoke with us and we specified our tastes, that we wanted to drink regional wines, and of course that the wines should go well with the menu. Here are the wines he chose:

Bar cuit à la vapeur, marinade de légumes croquants aux aromates, jus acidulé à l'huile d'olive

Fricassée d'Asperges vertes et blanches ris de Veau et jus vinaigré

Agneau des Pyrénées rôti, mijotée de légumes au Romarin
